Coffee, let's face it, nothing beats the sweet smell and taste of coffee in the morning.  But is it okay to drink a cup every day?  The fact is that coffee is the most drank beverage in the world.  While some people drink coffee for energy or because they love the taste, it also offers some health benefits.

Do you like coffee but you think it's bad for you?  Well, think again, here are 10 reasons to drink coffee every day:

  2. Black coffee may prevent cavities - One of the main health benefits of coffee is that it decreases tooth decay.
